− 1. Krócej stałem w kolejce po najlepszego w Krakowie kebaba niż do recepcji w 5* hotelu, jedno stanowisko obsługujące gości to chyba za mało. Choć obsługująca nas p. Amelia - bardzo kompetentna i miła robiła co mogła. 2. W hotelu widać już upływający czas na meblach i wykładzinach ale poduszki, które powinny być wymienione 3 sezony temu przebiły wszystko. 3. Rzeczywiście, w pokojach rano nie obudzą Cię przejeżdżające ulicami tramwaje i samochody, o wiele skuteczniej zrobią to samozamykacze drzwi pokojowych wychodzących na śniadanie gości. 4. Nad salą śniadaniową chyba nikt nie panuje, sztućce tylko te przygotowane na stołach, o nowe musisz poprosić, łyżeczek do napojów i widelczyków do ciasta brak. Jajecznica z proszku, nikt nie pilnuje braków innych dań, na chleb czekaliśmy 10 minut, ogólnie menu śniadaniowe słabe. Rezerwowałem pokój mając w pamięci pobyty w innych hotelach tej sieci, raczej już jej nie wybiorę, w tej cenie jest w Krakowie spory wybór lepszych hoteli.
