− Service et restauration très moyens, pas du tout au niveau d’un 4 étoiles, personnel pas souriant, restauration buffet très pauvre, et très peu de place pour les autres restaurant de la chaîne Pestana. Personnel restauration désagréable, interdisant de rapprocher des tables ou de s’asseoir à une table de 4 personnes quand on est 2, et qu’on attend les autres… bref, désagréable et pas du tout au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. L’ensemble du personnel mériterait une bonne formation « sens du client ».

Très familial. Rapport qualité prix ok.
7.0La proximité avec Funchal mais sans être dans le centre, autre petit centre hyper sympa à côté pour le soir, la bienveillance du personnel, rapport qualité prix, la piscine.
− Le buffet du soir est limite. Souvent redondant. L’eau est même payante. Les autres restaurants compris dans la demi-pension ne sont jamais disponibles. Nous avons souvent souper à l’extérieur.
