7.0− Le personnel d'accueil n'est pas très agréable, aucun effort pour se faire comprendre ... Chambre petite, matelas moyennement confortable, il fait très chaud dans la chambre et l'hôtel est très sombre. Par ailleurs, le jardin de toit est inaccessible. Il était impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres dans la chambre afin d'aérer. Je pense que l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles. Impossible de se rendre à l'accueil car il y'a toujours une longue file d'attente même à 23h er de toute façon ils ne font aucun effort pour se faire comprendre. Séjour très moyen, d'autant que la chambre n'était pas propre, j'ai trouvé des papiers sous le lit et autres ...
