9.0The staff is very friendly. Every one of them. Food was delicious. Room and bed super clean, comfortable, roomy and design.

8.0La nostra stanza era perfetta e la posizione dell'hotel è l'ideale, anche se manca in parcheggio.
− Lo staff è stato in generale molto gentile, tranne la signora delle pulizie: davvero sgarbata. La colazione poi è previsto che venga servita al tavolo ma in generale è da rivedere (un solo giorno c'è stata servita a buffet e le cose sono andate meglio).

It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
10.0Staff extremely helpful and very pleasant. It was a perfect location for us, in the old town but near the modern part of the city. We were able to walk to a lot of what we were doing. Our room was comfortable and roomy enough for the times we stayed in.
