8.0The chocolate fountain in the foyer. The location was excellent
− I didn't like the sliding lock inside of the Room. It caused me a lot of anxiety in fact a panic attack as I could not open it initially. I had to ring the receptionist to help me. After about 100 attempts it finally opened. Sure it was faulty! I found this very stressful and upsetting. Never encountered anything like that before.

A hotel with character with welcoming staff and in a great location.
9.0Convenient location, close to the main railway station. Lovely staff - very polite and welcoming. Comfortable room, well equipped and very clean. The chocolate fountain.
− The breakfast room is quirky (former cinema?). It’s clean but would benefit from some decoration. The breakfast itself was good - generous buffet of everything we wanted.
