− Ao fazer o check-out me cobraram por alguns serviços extras que já tinham me cobrado por e-mail e Pix… tive que buscar o e-mail e mostrar comprovante do Pix para provar que já tinha pago. Num hotel desse nível, não esperava esse tipo de confusão…

10.0− A governança bateu na minha porta as 10h para saber se havia consumo no frigobar, sendo que eu e minha família estávamos dormindo pois tínhamos chegado tarde de um evento na noite anterior, achei meio sem noção.

8.0Overall ambience in the room, staff was always very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very good
− I think the reception is a bit crowded and there could be more space for guest to wait. Also the reception is meant to only enjoy the snacks and bar I think that is a bit unfair as a business traveler I might want to see people for short meetings
