Great service, rooms and location.
9.0I was in NYC to attend some Broadway shows and the location was within walking distance of ALL the theaters. Plus great dining options. Also when I checked out I forgot my passport and some cash in the room. The housekeeping staff found it quickly and the front desk called me. Luckily I still had my bags there and gratefully returned to pick the items up.

− Disappointing stay – cleanliness and basic services fell short We stayed at the Millennium Premier Hotel New York Times Square for four nights in October and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standard we expected. Room cleanliness: Our room was not properly cleaned during our stay. We raised this with the front desk twice. Lighting and charging: The room lights stayed on, with no way to dim them. On top of that, the power outlets only worked while the lights were on, so charging a phone overnight meant sleeping with the lights on. Elevators: Only one elevator was in operation, which meant regular waits to get to and from our floor. Breakfast: The breakfast was very basic, with a limited selection, and the breakfast area was too small to seat all the guests. Gym: The fitness center is not in the hotel itself but in a neighboring hotel, which is worth knowing if this matters to you. Hot water: One evening we had no hot water at all.
