10.0הבריכות החוף הניקיון והמסעדות טעימות מאוד, האווירה בצ׳יל ורגוע אין בלאגן כמו בכל קנקון.
− המים בבריכות קצת חם מדי לפחות בריכה אחת היו מקררים. אין איפה לתלות את הבגדים כי אין מרפסת, ואין פעילויות לילדים קטנים זה רק לשהות במלון בצ׳יל אנחנו עשינו טיול כוכב אז זה מאוד התאים ולא הפריע לנו.

7.0Lovely facilities with the best beach part in Cancun for relaxation. The restaurant by the beach has lovely food too.
− The rest of the restaurants have awful food and has to be improved for a ‘5’ star hotel. Similarly the hotel rooms need renovation and were very humid. Overall needs improvement.
