− Das Personal war unwissend und ungeschult an der Rezeption, wussten noch nichtmal das sie in der Verantwortung waren mir eine Rechnung auszustellen und nicht booking com. Zudem waren sie unfreundlich. Dazu noch Bettwanzen im Bett.
Exceeded my expectations!
10.0Perfect location, very close to the cathedral, the central station, and city center with most must-see sights. Very helpful personnel both in reception and room service. Amazing room, super comfortable, huge bed and bathroom, could be a proper studio! Spotless clean. Excellent breakfast, spoiled for choice, and vast breakfast area, beautifully decorated. Very good on-site restaurant also.
− Bed mattress and pillows were too soft. Kitchen smell from the breakfast area could be felt on clothes afterwards.

8.0駅直結ではないが、徒歩五分くらいでまぁまぁ近い。 スタッフは親切。 部屋は綺麗。 タオルと水が毎日用意されていた。 トラブルに対して丁寧な謝罪とバーで使えるドリンクのバウチャーを貰った。
− 入口▶エレベーター▶部屋まで結構歩かされた。特にホテルマンが荷物を運んでくれることはない。 建付けが全体的に悪い。入口や洗面所のドアがかなり力を入れないと完全に閉まらない。 入口のドアが閉まっていなかったのか、知らない半裸の男性が入ってきた。めちゃくちゃ怖かった。 2泊目に1枚ハンドタオルが足らなかった。 ドリンクのバウチャーを貰ったはいいが、そのドリンクが来るまで30分くらいかかった。
