− Las habitaciones no las limpiaban adecuadamente y la toalla para salir de la ducha no la cambiaban cada que se pedía la limpieza, a pesar de dejarla en el suelo como indicaron. El aire caliente del aire acondicionado daba exactamente a la puerta de la terraza de la habitación, lo que provocaba bastante calor adicional. En una de nuestras habitaciones se pidió ayuda para reparar una fuga de agua y nunca acudieron a solucionarlo, y se tenían que poner toallas para contener el agua.

− El patio del edificio alterno que nos mandaron estaba algo deteriorado y el patio lleno de hojas.
