7.0I thought the hotel lacked service expected at a 4.5 star. The room bar included one bottle of water and nothing more. The coffee machine is in a dark cabinet and not accessible. The carpet is dark and hotel overall outdated.

6.0Location was excellent, great place to stay if you want to be close to the Magnificent Mile and all the shops.
− The air conditioning wasn't working properly on our first day/night, and maybe a little better on the second, and our hotel room was very hot at night. This ruined the experience.
