10.0My solo stay at Ville Sull’Arno was beyond amazing. The indoor pool was like a mermaids grotto which both amazed and excited me. The outdoor pool was beautiful and had ample sun beds and shade during the summer. The best thing about the property was the buffet breakfast - I have never experienced such amazing buffet food. There were so many options and so many artisanal and unique foods that I wouldn’t have expected like raw honeycomb. It was absolutely delicious. The next best thing was the shuttle bus which saved me so much money in going in and out of the town as the hotel is away from the main town. My room was kept so tidy by the housekeeping. I thought that the one dinner I had at the in house restaurant was delicious and refreshing
− I thought that the pool hours were too limited (only 10am until 7pm) Considering the sun wasn’t down in summer at 7pm and the heat was still stifling I would expect that in summer the pool hours should be extended to late at night. Considering there’s no life guard presence I don’t see what the issue is in keeping the pool open from earlier in the morning until late at night in summer. I also would appreciate having later pick up and drop off times into and from the hotel with the shuttle bus as the times were very limited but I loved the shuttle bus option none the less.

10.0Абсолютно всё! Божественные завтраки (для Италии, уж поверьте), красивые просторные номера, сервис выше всех похвал! Мы уже второй раз останавливаемся в отеле и мы в полном восторге. Особенно понравился основной корпус, где номера в классическом стиле, есть ванная и душ с роскошной сантехникой. Все системы - ТОП! Это действительно 5 звезд во всех смыслах. Спасибо большое за такой качественный и комфортный приём, обязательно вернемся 🙏🏻 ставим 11 из 10!
