− Rude staff, they won’t check you in at the desk even if the QR isn’t working, outright lie to your face and put their hand up in your face whilst you’re talking! Conveniently no managers on site! Room smelt musty and they only have air con no heaters so the room was freezing!

− No breakfast left at 9:30, not even a single piece of bread or milk for tea. Every single table was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned all morning Very uncomfortable bed, could not sleep it was so uncomfortable Air con didn’t work, room was too hot TV channels didn’t work No iron or ironing board, even after asking reception Lift maintenance happening, only lift working kept jolting and moving No tea or coffee in room Very poor customer service
Worth the money, but could have done with a kettle in the room.
6.0Staff? Either exceptional friendly service or absolute sullen "can't be bothered" attitude.
− 2 staff on the desk were rude and abrupt. And 3 were exceptional at their jobs.
Enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfortable and hotel in a good location to access music venues
9.0The room was clean, roomy and excellent shower.
− Check in procedure, when tried to do in advance my phone said the site was not secure!, no glasses/cups in room so couldn't get a drink of water from taps.

− Pillows were really uncomfortable , lack of facilities in the room, stayed in the second part of the hotel, if you had any issues you had to walk to the main reception as there was no one in the second part to help, gone down hill since changing from the novotel
