Great staff!
10.0The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. We stay here often when we go to Universal. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
− No dislikes. Only one suggestion is that it would be nice to have a shuttle for Halloween Horror Nights.
Excelente!

− The only thing that we would like changed is breakfast starting at 6-6:30. Instead of 7.
