Best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at.

− If the hot tub had been hot….not just warm…I would have used it!

7.0Location proximity to Old Town. Pool and hot tub and laundry available. Friendly staff and quick responses to any issues.
− 3rd person wasn’t added to reservation as requested and she couldn’t access room until we came back to resolve the issue in person. Security is great, but desk associate could have called me to clear it up. Halls constantly smelled like someone blew up the bathroom. I think that was the case though. Older clients who couldn’t handle the local chilies..
Arranged via Road Scholar and found it to be clean, the staff was always helpful.

− I arrived to take part in a Road Scholar trip; got a discount for a day prior to the trip but not for the the day I added at the end of the trip. Thought the discount would apply to both days.
