9.0I had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, though the service felt a bit mixed depending on the time of day. What I loved: The Room: Very spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring both a shower and a separate bathtub. The Spa & Gym: Having free access to the gym, sauna, and steam room as a hotel guest was a massive bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed using these facilities! Lovely Welcome & Dining: When I arrived 15 minutes early, the lady who first welcomed me in the lobby was absolutely lovely. Later that evening, the staff at TOZI restaurant were also amazing—incredibly accommodating, helpful, and provided excellent service.
− Where there is room for improvement: The Check-In Experience: Don't get me wrong, the lady at the reception desk who actually checked me in was nice, but I just didn't get a very warm or welcoming vibe from her personally, though others might feel differently. The Breakfast Service: The food itself was fabulous with a delicious, wide spread to choose from. However, the breakfast team didn't feel very accommodating. It was right at the end of service during the morning rush hour, so they may have just been rushed and overwhelmed. Overall, the fantastic facilities, and the brilliant evening team made it a great trip. I would still recommend staying here! 😊👍
