9.0we really loved that our room had a garden and was very spacious for families with children. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly.
− Given that there was no indoor seating available, the cigarette smoke on the terrace during breakfast was highly disturbing, particularly for non-smokers and families with kids.

6.0Неплохой завтрак и команда сопровождающая его! Отлично работает консьерж, ему даже в конце было стыдно за работу такого менеджмента: взрослый в годах мужчина, вот там надо менеджмент учиться!
− Разрезал ногу о разбившийся стакан предыдущих гостей, понял сразу что оставаться на следующую ночь поеду в другой отель, счастью Rixos terzano нашел для нас номера. Через пару дней обнаружили, что забыли сумку с косметикой детей, два дня созванивались приехали к назначенному часу, очередь два менеджера обслуживают одного гостя. Пытался попросить чтоб принесли сумку, отправили в очередь, через 40 минут отдали сумку – это не менеджмент это булщитинг.
