− عند تسجيل الدخول طلب موظف الاستقبال مبلغ تامين وقدّره 500 يورو وعند المغادره للاسف لم يتم تسجيل المبلغ واستغرق وقت طويل لكي يرجع المبلغ أنا مستغرب كيف يكون فندق 5 نجوم يتعامل بهذي الطريقه المفروض المبلغ يكون مسجل
