I would stay again if just myself for a quick trip. Rooms are too small to accommodate multiple people.

− No other parking option besides valet parking. Room and bathroom was extremely tiny. Ac not working properly.

− Le camere sono molto piccole, non c’è spazio per i vestiti che abbiamo dovuto lasciare in valigia, non c’è il frigobar, insomma i servizi non sono da 4 stelle
Good for the city, bad for the hotel
1.0The postion was very strategic and close to Michigan Ave. Positive for me no Carpet in the rooms.
− 1 At the arrival Friday night they didn't inform us that the housekeeping was only on request. When we discover the day after (Saturday), it was impossible to have but at the front desk they take the commitment to send someone at least to change the towels and refresh the room. When we arrive Saturday afternoon, after our excursions (around 4.30 PM) the room was untouched. So after my several complains they gave us fresh towels. 2 Rooms very small and noisy. 3 No complementary water. The vendor machine was sold out with water Saturday night, we asked if they had complementary water and they declined (After we noticed 2 boxes full of water at the back of the operator). 4 Staff not Kindly.
