− The room wouldn't get cool enough we let the front desk know but nothing ever got fixed. nights were very uncomfortable!

Excellent stay for business travel
9.0Great location, spacious room. Good vibes in the lobby from both the staff and other guests. Close to much of the downtown/SoMa action, offices, and conference spaces. Good shared spaces in the lobby and amenities are satisfactory.
− I know it's San Francisco, but little things like needing your room key to use the bathroom in the lobby is annoying when you're actually a guest, but understandable given the recent state of San Francisco.

− Personally, I feel it with hospitality and a good price for the room. There should be free water. Charging eight dollars for a bottle of water. I don’t think it’s very hospitable. The people at the coffee shop do not have the same good attitude as the Hotel staff.
