Nice hotel for a night in the city
7.0The staff was super nice and the valet was very efficient. The design of the lobby was pretty and the coffee at the radiator cafe was great! The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view!
− The water pressure was really low, I couldn’t wash my hair. The carpet in the room could need replacing as it looked dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable walking on it without shoes.

− $42 each for a breakfast buffet. Many hotels offer that for free. Lots of fees that add up quickly.

10.0L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de SF. La chambre était grande et bien équipée, la literie est très confortable. Nous avons apprécié les attestations de l'hôtel (gourdes que nous pouvons remplir tous les jours à la fontaine à eau, tickets pour le Cable Car). L'hôtel offre 20$ par jour à utiliser dans leur café ou bar, ce qui est très pratique pour le petit déjeuner.
