Fantastic hotel and location with parking and electric chargers, wife approved so was excellent.
10.0The was our wedding anniversary, we did not know, it was so close to the Arndale Centre. just a few minutes walk over the bridge. That was great for the unexpected shopping.
− A fridge in the room at that price would have been great. separate from the bar. but being a muslim, that was a no.

10.0Huge bedroom and bathroom very well appointed and super clean . The staff were all amazing. The hotel is very well located for the shops and also public transport. The treatments we had in the spa were superb.

A beautiful, stylish but cosy hotel matched only by the warmth & genuine helpfulness of the staff.
10.0From the moment we arrived at reception, Shannon welcomed us so warmly. The room was beautiful. Large, stylish and spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The corridors were quiet with no banging doors, noisy guests etc.
