− Inconvenient toilet paper locations both in the room and in the lobby bathroom. For elderly people and people with an osteomy, the toilet paper locations were very inconvenient.

10.0The hotel and room was cleaned to high standard, the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the food was very good.

− The blinds went up and down on their own through the night. Staff knew of the problem and don’t seem to be on top of fixing it. Sounds from room above (people walking ground) are very loud7
