− Price. I thought it was quite expensive but may be the norm for the location. Breakfast was quite basic and very busy.

8.0데스크에 계신 동양인 직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 그는 제가 체크인전에 짐을 맡길때 인근 지도와 함께 식당 할인쿠폰도 알아서 챙겨주었고 친절하게 안내해주었습니다. 또한 체크인때 데스크에 놓고온 제 신용카드도 찾아서 알려주었습니다. 체크아웃때 감사의 표시를 하고 싶었지만 그분은 저의 작은 선물도 괜찮다며 사양했습니다. 마지막까지 친절하게 대해 주셔서 정말 감사드립니다. 호텔 위치도 아주 좋습니다. 피어 39, 부댕베이커리 등 주요 관광지가 모두 가까이 있습니다. 조식도 좋았습니다.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Room for Improvement
7.0Great location and a clean room. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
− Breakfast was disappointing, room was small, and there were no rooms with a window view. Coffee was not good, and disposable cutlery was provided at breakfast, which seems contradictory to the hotel’s stated efforts to reduce plastic consumption. There was also no kettle or drinking water in the room. These details made the overall experience less comfortable.

10.0Perfect location for the first time stay in SF. Very clean and comfortable room, cleaned daily, nice and friendly staff. Nice extra to always have coffee/tea available in the lobby.
− We really enjoyed our stay, maybe breakfast could have a bit more variety or vary a bit more from day to day.
Accounts department needs jacking up

− I went to the USA for almost a month. I stayed in various hotels and had to pay deposits with my card . I am back home and the only place who still has my deposit is this hotel . I contacted them but it is still on hold . Very Frustrating
