5.0Personal foarte amabil. Curatenie se facea. Nu am o problema cu personalul implicat in gestionarea cazarii mele.
− Hotel vechi, camere fara geam, fara lumina practic, exista un geam, dar mic si sus, total ineficient, baia nerenovata de la deschidere cred, usa de la baie plina de urme dubioase, nu se inchide complet, chiuveta veche, trista, covor infect pe jos in camera. Este unul din cele mai dezamagitor Best Western si eu numai la Best Western ma cazez.
