Clean room, friendly Staff, but Not Quite a 4-Star Experience

The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, there were very minimal amenities provided, with no basic coffee, tea or even a kettle available in the room, which we would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.

− The hotel itself is not in the most central location, approximately a 15-minute walk from Central Station and around 25 minutes from the Duomo. While the location was manageable, it wasn’t as convenient as we expected. The shower was very small, and the glass door was positioned at an unusual angle, which made it quite difficult and uncomfortable to shower. Unfortunately, we were also disappointed with the breakfast. The coffee in particular was very sad, although the sweets and pastries were enjoyable. We often found ourselves choosing to eat breakfast elsewhere during our stay. Even though this wasn’t always easy as many cafés in Milan don’t open until around 11am. Room service was also ridiculously expensive and didn’t feel like good value for money. Overall, we personally wouldn’t rate this as a 4-star hotel. Based on our experience, we would consider it closer to a 3-star hotel, particularly when taking into account the location, room facilities, breakfast and overall value for money.

Hotellet ligger lige udenfor centrum med gode muligheder for at tage både Trams og undergrund nær ved. Store lyse værelser med store dobbeltsenge. Sodavand og vand fulgte gratis med værelserne.
