− Consistent music through speakers during the evening and early mornings outside the rooms on hallways. It was loud enough to hear from the bedroom at night and early morning.

The best part was the location: walkable to lively restaurants and markets, right on the Seine, and walkable to Notre Dame, The Louvre, and the Eiffel Tower.

− The rooms were not as pictured nor described and unclean - the sheets were not cleaned and there were stains in the carpets and divots/holes all over the walls. There was dingy old carpet instead of hardwood. The company doesn't properly empower their front desk staff with optimal customer care protocol for this either. They couldn't move us on the first night from the unsanitary room because they were totally booked, nor did they offer to change the sheets. They handed us a set of sheets to change out ourselves. They moved us the next day to a different room that was clean but still not as pictured on the site. Per the front desk, they let me know the proper protocol is to email their manager and so I emailed the manager multiple times to handle the matter quickly and on-site and I walked by the front desk every day (twice in our final night) to try to talk with a manager 1:1 with no avail or response to the emails. This happened the very first night and we stayed 4 nights, and they finally emailed me back and called the final night well into the evening while at dinner. Their solution was less than reasonable (only 50% off the first night's stay only in the unsanitary room when my initial request was to remove that first night rate from the bill entirely and just move us to a different clean room for the rest of our stay). Their lag in communication or care to just close the matter out immediately was awful. I spent my entire stay with it all weighing on me. I never post a review like this, but I'm appalled how it was all handled for paying a premium of €600/night.

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter à pieds les plus beaux et grands monuments de Paris. L'espace du studio 2 personnes ainsi que la grande gentillesse du personnel.

Great accommodation, lots of surrounding restaurants and close to the Louvre, Notre Dame.

− Carpet in room is a bit worn down. Otherwise, the amenities were great!
