9.0Particulièrement bien placé pour visiter le centre de Chicago Un grand MERCI pour l'attention porté à notre anniversaire de mariage ... Nous n'en avions pas beaucoup parlé mais et quelle surprise de découvrir une bouteille de champagne offerte abec un mot écrit à la main ... grande classe !

− We booked a room for four, with our two children supposed to sleep on a pull-out sofa. The receptionist was unable to explain where the sofa linens were or how to set it up—in fact, he ended up asking us what he should order for the room. We requested a full set of pillows and linens, only to discover later that most of it was already stored inside the sofa. It wasn't a huge issue, but it was strange to deal with that lack of professionalism and basic knowledge from the staff.
