− Faptul ca in rezervare era specificat ca micul dejun este inclus, dar la hotel am constatat ca micul dejun este a la carte si am avut la dispozitie 50 USD pentru 2 persoane. Meniul pentru micul dejun avea cea mai ieftina optine 24USD +taxe, fara cafea inclusa. Am optat pentru cea mai ieftina optiune. a fost gustos, insa cu tot cu bacșisul (aproape impus de 25%) am ajuns pentru doua persoane sa platim 61 USD in loc de cei 50 inclusi.

9.0El hotel tiene una localización inmejorable, para recorrer el Loop, Mag Mile y Navy Pier. A destacar el tamaño de las habitaciones (y los miradores de la ventana!), el funcionamiento del wifi y de la nevera (enfría de verdad!). Antonio en la puerta y Alex G en recepción elevaron la calidad de nuestra estancia. Para los amantes del deporte el gimnasio está fenomenal con sus hojas de rutinas y para salir a correr entre Riverwalk y Lake Trail se pueden hacer unos rodajes en un entorno ideal. La zona de café (y agua) se usa a diario!

9.0Die Lage, der Sitzplatz am Fenster, das Frühstück und Abendessen waren excellent, Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
− Es werden 200$ einbehalten, die man erst nach einer Woche zurückbekommt. Beim Auschecken wurde uns von einer ziemlich unfreundlichen Rezeptionistin erklärt, dass alles erledigt sei, wir haben auch keine Rechnung bekommen und im Nachhinein wurde uns noch 40$ von der Kreditkarte abgezogen. Auf unsere Nachfrage per email wofür, bekamen wir nie eine Antwort. Es geht uns nicht um die 40$ und wir würden das Hotel auch jederzeit weiterempfehlen, aber das ist kein gutes Service.
Hotel comodo ma prendete solo le suite
6.0La posizione è eccellente. Si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali punti di interesse. La camera, una suite city view, comoda e grande ma il divano letto per mia figlia, sfondato e scomodissimo.
− Avevo.prenotato una suite river view, ma me ne hanno data una city view, avvisandoni solo il giirno dopo. Non ce ne siano accorti perché dalla camera comunque il fiume era visibile, anche se di lato. Per il disguido ci hanno offerto solo 60 usd che ancora non mi hanno rimborsato. Personale ok, senza infamia e senza lode. Ai miei amici la camera non è stata MAI pulita in 3 giorni, nonostante lamentele quotidiane. La colazione è preparata dal ristorante coreano dell'hotel: buona, nulla da dire.
