5.0Los de staff fueron muy amables y el desayuno tenía amplias opciones.
− El cuarto muy oscuro y básico no me sentía en un hotel 5 estrellas. La ducha no estaba limpia tenía pelos en el drenaje. La playa del frente no es linda, mucho mejor la playa de Ipanema. La piscina es muy pequeña para tantos huéspedes y la comida no estuvo buena, esperaba una pizza excquisita y fue muy normal. Honestamente creo que hay otras opciones a mejor precio que serían iguales, no sé porque tiene tan buenas reseñas este hotel.

10.0Exceptional staff in every area of the hotel! From check-in to check-out staff made you feel special. Very comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. Great shower pressure. Location was outstanding. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Lots of selection and very attentive staff. Room was quite clean. View from the pool and roof area was outstanding. 5 Stars!
− Gym was puny and not for real workouts but maybe a blessing in disguise.
