Garrapatas en la habitación y una estancia absolutamente de pesadilla.
1.0No me gustó absolutamente nada
− Fue todo un despropósito. La primera noche al volver de fiesta sobre las 2 de la madrugada, vimos como había garrapatas por el suelo de la habitación, las maté, y llamé a recepción. Al decirle que no me iba a quedar en una habitación llena de garrapatas, me dijeron que no había ninguna otra habitación. Y tras insistir me dijeron que fuera a un hotel cercano, que lo pagará yo y que al día siguiente, me lo abonarían, me tenía que desplazar, además de hacer las maletas y me dijo que cogiera un taxi y que le pidiera comprobante y me lo pagarían también. Cuando llegamos al hotel a las 2.15 de la madrugada, el taxi me costó 7 € y lo pagué con tarjeta de crédito. En el hotel novotel, me dijeron que no tenía que pagar, que le pasarían la nota a vigen de los reyes. A la mañana siguiente, que tenía muchas cosas que hacer,entre otras cosas un desayuno programado a las 10, tuve que volver , esta vez andando, al hotel. Virge de los reyes, sobre las 9, para que me asignarán nueva habitación. Les comenté que me abonarán el taxi de la madrugada y me dijeron que no me lo pagaban con comprobante de tarjeta, que tenía que haber solicitado factura al taxista. Y les dije,que agobiado, con mi marido con un 68% de discapacidad psíquica y a las 2 de la madrugada, como le iba a pedir factura. En fin ha sido una auténtica vergüenza,a, lo denunciaré y me hará plantearme no contratar con booking, porque este establecimiento de 4 estrellas no llega ni a 2 estrellas. Esta de obras, con los clientes dentro. Una barbaridad.
