7.0الموقع ممتاز قدام العبارات الغرفة نظيفه ومرتبه والبلكونه مع اطلالة جزئية ولكن جميلة والموظفين متعاونين وفيه باركينج

6.0Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié, c’est la situation géographique de l’hôtel, idéalement situé face au lac. Un grand merci au personnel, et tout particulièrement à Farah, pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et son accueil chaleureux.
− Le petit-déjeuner est beaucoup trop simple pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont également très vétustes et auraient besoin d’être rénovées. Une odeur désagréable et persistante était présente dans la chambre, au point que j’ai dû utiliser mon propre parfum pour tenter de l’atténuer. Malheureusement, compte tenu de l’état général de l’établissement et des prestations proposées, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant et le séjour ne justifie pas le prix payé. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles.

10.0The support if the reception staff Ahmed and Farah. They were very supportive during the stay and always supporting in the suggestion in the city
− The room in the first night was having issue with the AC, but with the support if Ahmed they were able to transfer me to different room with a working AC.
