− Brak gniazdek USB- trzeba kupować przejściówki, nie działająca lampka nocna, w telewizji działa tylko kilka kanałów, mało wydajna klimatyzacja, możliwość tylko delikatnego uchylenia okna, brak balkonu, mały prysznic a całej łazience przydałby się remont bo widać wyeksplatowanie, twarde poduszki, łóżko podwójne to po prostu 2 złączone łózka pojedyńcze, suszarka do włosów bardzo stara i brudna
A fantastic location, exceptionally friendly staff and a very pleasant stay in the heart of Palermo.
7.0We stayed for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is absolutely fantastic – very close to everything we wanted to see, and we could easily get around on foot. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. For us personally, this was actually more than necessary, but it certainly shows the level of care and cleanliness. We also really appreciated the small fridge in the room, especially as there was water waiting for us when we arrived early in the morning. It was very useful throughout our stay, as we could buy water and other drinks at a nearby supermarket and keep them cold. The breakfast selection was very good, with some really nice cakes and pastries. A particularly nice touch was the possibility to squeeze your own fresh orange juice – something we really enjoyed.
− There was a kettle in the room for making coffee or tea, but unfortunately it didn't work when we wanted to use it. This was only a minor inconvenience and certainly not a serious complaint. The breakfast was very good overall, although being in Italy I had expected perhaps a little more local character in the savoury selection – for example, more typically Italian bread and cold cuts such as mortadella. But this is more a personal preference than a real complaint.
