I would never stay again
1.0Room was dirty and staff was very rude and unpleasant

Not worth the price I paid.

− Room was not clean. We opened the door and there was a huge baseball hairball on the kitchen floor with other hair. My wife wanted to take a bath but there was no stopper for the tub. I went to the front desk and they could not help me. The internet was not working or extremely slow to non existent.
Stay at own risk! Buyer beware!!
3.0Location. Parking was very good
− Elevator broken, nothing available on first floor and we both are disabled. We had to make three trips upstairs. The first night we had no refrigerator. Second night they swapped it out. Other than fridfe swap, never saw staff. Paid for extra towels and were given 3 hand towel. We were unable to contact front desk to get information on facility amenities. TV was a mess and unable to watch. Not a good experience!
