− This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. There was constant sewage odour in the room and my report got no response. The room is small and dirty. Located beside the railway track, loud train noise can still be clearly heard even with windows shut. The staff had a bad attitude; they gave us the wrong room without any apology or compensation
