9.0Ho soggiornato al Mercure Lecce e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era davvero spaziosa e dotata di un letto incredibilmente confortevole, perfetto per riposare al meglio dopo una giornata passata a esplorare la città. Nota di merito per la prima colazione: fantastica, molto varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Un punto di forza che fa davvero iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto. Infine, un plauso va a tutto il personale: estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi comfort e professionalità a Lecce!
− Se devo segnalare qualche aspetto meno positivo: Bagno: Mancava il sapone vicino al bidet e ho notato che la pavimentazione del bagno era leggermente sollevata in alcuni punti. Camera: Non sono un grande amante della moquette nelle camere da letto, preferendo soluzioni più moderne e igieniche.
