1.0− Очень жесткий матрас, шторы как простынь, тесно, сидя на унитазе упираются ноги в столешницу, простынь висящая на окнах пропускает свет, на сайте представлены красивые картинки, а по факту дают дискомфортные апартаменты, на просьбу доплаты с заменой качают головой все фул, сменили номер в течении часа, написали письмо с просьбой вернуть частично сумму, прислали отказ, без извинений.
