10.0The staff were incredible, helpful and kind. The room was awesome and the location could not be any better - metro stop right on the corner, good coffee shop, bars and eateries roght on the street and only a block away from a tram stop as well.

9.0Hotel war super zentral gelegen und die Ausstattung meines Einzelzimmers war wirklich überdurchschnittlich schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel an sich sehr gepflegt.
Disappointing.
4.0It was well located. The breakfast room and the food were both good.
− The ventilator in the room wasn’t working properly. Every approx 60 seconds it made a noise which kept me awake. Maintenance fixed it after the first night but I was so tired after the first terrible night that I had to spend the afternoon in bed which meant I missed seeing some of the Helsinki sights. Also the furniture in the room was black. I don’t know if that was the reason but we struggled to find items that we had put down e.g jewellery, clothing etc. The room size was small. I used to stay in this hotel when I was working and I remember the rooms were much bigger then.
