8.0Struttura pulita e staff cordiale. Ottima colazione a buffet che spaziava da quella tipicamente inglese a quella continentale. Comodi i punti di ricarica per l'acqua nei corridoi. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e centrale, a ridosso della City e comoda per la metropolitana.
− Una lampada della stanza ha cominciato a tremolare ma non è stata sostituita nonostante la segnalazione, ma è stato un problema da poco.
