6.0저는 어머님이 체크인날 갑자기 돌아가셔서 호텔숙박을 체크인날 당일 취소 했습니다. 그래서 평가는 모르겠습니다. 아울러 이미 지불한 호텔비에서 반은 취소 페널티여서 인정합니다. 나머지 금액은 돌려주셔야하는데, 아직 받질 못했습니다. 부탁드립니다.
