− Dat de housekeeping niet op tijd was. Er zijn dagen overgeslagen en ondanks de do not disturb sign mensen op de deur klopten. De wasmachines out of order geraakten en de drogers ook.

− The carpet in the hallway on the third floor was a little musty smelling, but the room smelled great.
