Great and affordable place to stay in a good location.
9.0The location is great, clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, friendly and accommodating staff.
− The water in the toilet kept running, so it wastes water and makes a sound. I had to keep fiddling with the water tank to make it stop. A staff member came to “fix” it once but after he left, the issue continued. Also, the restaurants/cafe associated with the hotel are closed the whole time I was staying at the hotel.

− The roof top security staff are unprofessional and reflect poorly on the Eaton. They should have them out of sight or upstairs.

− Ho prenotato il soggiorno con la colazione e mi hanno dato dei voucher per un bar lì vicino, molto scadente di pessima qualità. Meglio non vendere la colazione in struttura per offrire un servizio cosi modesto. Dopo la prima mattina, per la seconda, ho preferito andare in un’altra caffetteria e pagarmi la colazione.

− Took 7 trips on the elevator, never with another guest….always with folks headed to the penthouse club. Didnt expect the club to be such a popular attraction at this property
