Great location and gym but dirty and old bathrooms
7.0Gym and Pool. Breakfast was good but unannounced additional charges for some breakfast items.
− Lots of mould between sinks and counter tops in our bathrooms. Bathrooms were also rather dated.
Relaxing luxery hotel
10.0The bed, pillows, etc. were clean and very comfortable in a nice sized room (with lovely decor). Plus there was a kettle for tea (as well as coffee with pods) in the room. Staff made every effort to accommodate needs, and even though it was busy (as Thanksgiving weekend), they could handle it. I had a delicious Thanksgiving dinner and then a lovely breakfast. Good location: Downtown (nearby restaurants and activities) and very accessible to Pearson Airport via UP train and near Union Station (for subway and trains).
