Incredible Customer Service
10.0The staff at Hyatt Centric were incredible from our first point of contact until through the wedding for which we hosted a room block here at Hyatt. I was able to have multiple meetings and tours of the hotel and conference rooms, had help planning a welcome event for the wedding at the hotel, and support throughout and after my stay. The biggest save was when we'd forgotten our wedding sign in our room before checking out. One of the receptionists check multiple places on the property and eventually found it. That saved us much grief and brought back a wedding memento we thought we'd never see again.
Not a good value!

− Cement floors in the room. Very cold to walk on. They looked very dirty.

6.0The hotel and front desk staff are amazing and the location is fantastic for walking downtown Portland. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in good shape. However, our sink drained slowly and, despite reporting this to the front desk, was never addressed. Additionally, our room was only cleaned once during our five night stay, despite three requests to the front desk for cleaning. We even had to call the front desk twice to get fresh towels.
One Night Stay
10.0We enjoyed this hotel. We found it to be very centrally located. Staff are welcoming, friendly and give you all the info about the amenities. This hotel was very clean and easy to navigate. Parking at the front for valet can be a bit busy. Valet was friendly and helpful. Would return to this hotel if visiting Portland again.
Centrally located for a good price
10.0Portland is one of my most frequented cities, and I've stayed in everything from a shared space Airbnb up to a boutique hotel. This doesn't qualify as a boutique hotel, but it's as pleasant and welcoming as one, complete with a bar and cafe in the lobby. (Loved the plush chickens in the lobby too!) Central location is a big benefit near both the streetcar and light-rail. The concrete floors threw me off at first, but along with the thick windows, they prevented all noise. Combined with the comfortable bed, I slept very well!
Great intro to Portland
10.0Hotel is in a great location...no car required unless you leave the city limits. Staff is excellent, particularly Annie Meyers. Stop by the bar for one of her signature cocktails.
