− Le service à la réception n'est pas à la hauteur des prestations attendues d'un 4 étoiles. L'ensemble de l'équipe d'accueil manque de convivialité, et la prise en charge à notre arrivée par l'un des hôtes a été particulièrement désagréable et condescendante.
Comfortable and well situated.
7.0The amenities of this establishment are very nice. It is a comfortable 5 minute walk from downtown Brickell. A valet service is available for $35 a night, which I highly recommend to anyone not looking for a hassle to find parking.
− Unfortunately, we had no warm water for 4 nights. Although the staff gave their best efforts - credits given where due!
