The bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet was worrysome.
4.0The bed was comfortable and no evidence of bed bugs. The mattress covers help with controlling that. There were plenty of lights and it was very quiet. Also no evidence of roaches or vermin.
− The carpet had 3 large dark stains. That alone made me not walk on it without my shoes on. Just getting from the bed to the bathroom meant walking across the disgusting carpet. There are 2 large dark, almost like tar spots on the carpet and base board over by the window right side as you face the window. Everything appeared to be in need of replacement or repair. The tub spout was loose from the wall, the bathroom sing cracked and stained, the walls had chips and dirt. The bathroom exhaust grill is completely rusted. There is no garbage can in the room at all, no alarm clock no coffee maker. There was a faint smell of stale cigarettes coming from the PTAC unit (air conditioner). The kitchen backsplash wall needs to be replaced, it at some point must have had holes in it and was covered with a thin material that looks like paper, and painted over.
