3.0Beds were comfortable.
− Floors were not clean. There was a second TV on the dresser. Cabinets were old and worn. There was a weird "squeaking" sound periodically.
Room was overpriced and shabby. I'll leave it to my husband to book our room next time.
2.0It was easy to get to our destination from the motel.
− The floor in the room was dirty my feet got black in no time. Unfortunately, I forgot my slippers. No coffee maker in the room. Apparently, you can request one from the office, but it was the 2nd day when I saw that service was available.
Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Uncomfortable, and Unsafe!
4.0The only thing I liked was the so-so friendly staff.
− I've stayed at Extended Stay America and similar hotels before, but I've never experienced anything this bad. The room had roaches, and all three of us woke up with unexplained bites, making me concerned about possible bed bugs. There were rodent droppings near the entrance, overflowing trash bins outside, and visibly dirty areas throughout the room. Even walking barefoot, I could feel how filthy the floors were. The mattress was awful, the bathroom flooring was outdated, and the exhaust fan had no working switch, leaving the bathroom full of condensation. Breakfast was extremely limited—oatmeal, muffins, and decent coffee, but no milk, juice, or water. The exterior looked acceptable, but the conditions inside were disturbing. I felt uncomfortable, disgusted, and unsafe throughout my stay. A hotel doesn't have to be luxurious, but cleanliness, comfort, and basic sanitation should never be optional. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would never stay here again.
Not exactly good for the cost, I can find better.

− Bed is too soft, furniture old and the whole room still has that old smell of cigarette smoke (probably impregnated from past use), noisy neighbors, hard to get amenities, TV remote wasn’t working, but the staff were great. They tried to make the best with what they had.
