It was a very short stay but gives us incentive to stay again.

Great team, excellent location!
10.0We arrived approx 30mins after we knew the office would be closed, however on arrival we ran into a team member who was leaving and they came back into the office with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were so grateful for this as we had a long journey from Australia. The location was excellent! Stanley park (and its amazing brewery) are a 5-10min walk. Granville island is a very easy 25min walk along the waterfront, followed by a 2min ferry. Amazing restaurants, all within a 10-15min walk. Would 100% stay here again…for longer next time!

We only slept there and it was safe and spacious, close to our activities.

− Sink slow in s tiles not secured, hole in bathroom wall on shelf .
Good after rough start
9.0Quiet location, good sized suites, items in the kitchen and bathroom.
− Check in process wasn't easy after 5pm, pushing a button at the front door to talk to a remote call centre who didnt seem to know how to get me into my room. The connection to the call centre drops after 30 seconds, cutting the conversation off. Process needs improvement.
Fantastic location with secure parking garage. Would recommend it!
