Catastrophique, bruit des grévistes, chambres moches et sales
1.0La gentillesse du personnel malgré la grève du personnel
− Les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité, c'est vieillot,il faut un bon rafraîchissement, les chambres petites pour 4 les lits queen size vraiment petit pour 2, pas de place pour les valises. Salle de bain petites. 2 serviettes pour 4 personnes, j'ai demandé à 3 reprises rien n'y a fait. Il manquait du gel, douche du savon... La moquette de la chambre pas propre. L'hôtel en général n'est pas joli et ne ressemble pas aux photos. Le hall très moche. La grève du personnel à fait que pendant notre séjour les chambres n'ont pas été nettoyé. Ne vaut pas le prix payé. Les sans abris drogués partout autour.

4.0− Protesters in front of the hotel for 5 days. Making so much noise, banging, clanging, in the loud speaker chanting about PTO. No apologies from the staff, they just dismiss it, when mentioned.

− The bathroom, I did not like the bathroom set up. The bathroom door would not open all the way, cause it hits the toilet.

− Le séjour était catastrophique. Les employés étaient en grève et faisaient une manifestation extrêmement bruyante en bas de l’hôtel, nous avons été réveillés à 7h30 alors que nous étions en vacances. Nous n’avons pas été prévenu au préalable de cette grève, et d’ailleurs, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons demandé à la réceptionniste si nous allons entendre les grévistes de notre chambre, ce à quoi elle a répondu non. Nous avons exigé un remboursement et n’avons jamais été dédommagés.
