− The elevators were horrendous…the wait was at least 15 minutes. We ended up having to walk down 26 flights of stairs because of the wait. Then we had to take the elevator up just to go down. This alone would deter me from staying there again.

− The bathrooms in this hotel are in serious need of an upgrade. The vanity is worn and frayed, the floors are old and stained.
